各种途径出国留学提升学历的学生也快速增多，很多专科生选择去英国读硕士。但是专科生直接申请英国硕士的要求较高，那么是否还有机会进入英国名校呢？英国的一些大学针对中国的三年制大专学历或者本科无学位的学生，专门开设了专升本课程，即TOP-UP课程，接下来带大家详细了解一下！
什么是Top-up课程？
Top-up课程相当于插班英国本科来学习的最后一年课程，学生可以通过完成本科阶段最后一年的教学，拿到英国大学的本科文凭BSc（理学学士）或者BA（文学学士）。
Top-up课程适合在国内拿到大专文凭的学生（通过Top-up课程实现专科文凭到本科文凭的提升）、参加英国高等教育文凭项目（HND项目）的学生以及尚未拿到本科学位但想要前往英国完成最后一年学习的学生。
通过完成Top-up课程的学生可以获得学术、工作甚至是管理上的技能，对学生未来的职业生涯有很大的帮助。
还有很多毕业生把Top-up课程当成一种在英国适应一年的途径，便于未来在英国申请到排名更好的大学的硕士。
英国大学TOP-UP课程有哪些优势？
1. 性价比高
学生以Top-up课程作为跳板获得世界QS排名前1000名的学校的本科学位证书，中国大陆排名QS前1000名的大学基本为211/985院校。
2. 申请门槛低
申请要求：一般要求国内大学均分70+； 雅思6.0-6.5，部分课程要求7.0。
不过，Top-up课程对学生英语水平考核方式灵活，如未达到规定的雅思成绩，学生可通过学校安排的内测考试顺利入读，也可以就读相对应的语言班，且内测地点中国和英国都有。
3. 升读英国名校硕士的机会大
学生拿到英国学位证后，可以申请英国排名更高的硕士研究生，短短两年时间可以拿到本科学位证和硕士研究生学位证。
4. 学校选择范围较广
国内大部分“3+1”，“2+2”的项目，学生从入学第一年开始就确定了即将前往的院校，而参加Top-up课程的学生具有一定的择校权。
